Where do the meetings take place?

Most meetings will be at my office in Baltimore. Occasionally, I may want to visit your home and/or place of work, to see what the needs are there.

How often do we meet?

Typically, individual meetings range from one to three times a week for 45 – 60 minutes. Group meetings may vary from weekly to monthly and are normally 90 minutes.

What happens in the sessions?

The meetings are customized to accommodate your needs. After the initial evaluation, we meet to discuss it and develop your goals. Each meeting after that is based on your accomplishments and your goals.

When do we get coaching?

Anytime you want! Anyone involved with the client, including the clients themselves, and any family member can receive coaching sessions. There is an additional fee for coaching.
